Arrange the templates close together in a row and copy this design onto the aida fabric. Continue copying the templates in rows downwards onto the aida fabric until you have a complete square consisting of circles. Bear in mind that the finished dimension must fit the size of the pillowcase that it will eventually be sewn onto. The additional frame around the square design will be used for folding the aida fabric onto the back at a later stage.
Fix the aida fabric in an embroidery hoop stand with the circles face up. The front is the side that is facing down into the embroidery hoop stand.
Adjust the punch needle to setting "D" which makes the shortest loop and punch in the middle of the circles, filling in this area.
Now adjust your punch needle to setting "A" which makes the longest loop and fill in the rest of each circle with this setting. Fill in the areas between the circles with the setting "D".
Fix the back of the needle punched design by applying a coat of decoupage lacquer for fabric all over.
