A Hanging Decoration with Decoupage

This papier-mâché hanging decoration is painted with Plus Color craft paint and then decorated with glued-on Vivi Gade Design decoupage paper. Finally it is decorated with gold paint, paper string and a wooden bead.

Cómo hacerlo
1. Paint the papier-mâché hanging decoration with white Plus Color craft paint.
2. Measure the sections on the hanging decoration.
3. Cut the decoupage paper to size and make notches in the sides.
4. Apply decoupage lacquer to one area at a time.
5. Glue on the pieces of paper so the flaps slightly overlap eachother.
6. When the glue is dry, trim the sides.
7. Paint the top and bottom with gold paint.
8. Glue on pieces of paper string as a divider and as a string for hanging. Decorate with a red wooden bead.
