A transparent Glass Heart with a Card Decoration underneath

This thick transparent glass heart may be used as a letter press. It has been glued onto a piece of card on which text is written using a Uni Posca marker. A piece of felt is glued onto the bottom for protection.

1. Draw the outline of the heart onto a piece of card.
2. Use a Uni Posca marker and write a message or draw a design. Cut out the heart.
3. Apply a thick coat (1-1.5mm) of decoupage lacquer onto the underneath of the glass heart.
4. Place the decorated card heart in the wet lacquer with the design facing the underneath of the glass heart. Apply pressure to the decorated heart and leave to dry.
5. Draw the outline of the glass heart onto a piece of felt. Attach this to the piece of card using decoupage lacquer. Leave to dry.
