A Greeting Card with an Owl Design and a Laced Border

A double greeting card decorated with a piece of Color Bar card in which a laced border is punched in each side with the Fiskars Border Punch. Using the template, cut out the owl from patterned and plain paper and attach it to the Color Bar card.
