A Greeting Card with Decoupage and Vintage Die-Cut

The front of this greeting card is decorated with decoupage paper and a vintage die-cut. Both are attached with decoupage lacquer. Leave to dry. Use a decorative marker pen for the text at the bottom and for making small dots on the vintage die-cut.
