A Hat for the King of the Birds

1.   Put Foam Clay onto the papier-mâché cone over the tip, insert feathers down on top and fasten it with a new blob of Foam Clay. The Foam Clay keeps the feathers in place and dries completely hard. Let it dry. Paint the cone. Cut holes for the elastic cord and tie the cord securely.
