Cone Pixies

1.   Paint the cones with A-Color matt acrylic paint.

2.   Cut the decoupage paper into pieces and glue them onto the cone with A-color Allround medium glue lacquer. Sprinkle with glitter onto the wet glue lacquer.

3.   Paint the card in your chosen skin color and draw the face when the paint is dry.

4.   Glue the face onto the cone.

5.   Finally glue on sequins and pom-poms.
