Crackling on Terracotta and Polystyrene

The beautiful coarse Crackle Lacquer gives a fantastic effect on many surfaces. Here we have painted terracotta eggs and birds as well as polystyrene eggs with Plus Color. Then we have spread a generous layer of silver Crackle Lacquer on top. The crackling starts slowly and after approx. 24 hours the surface will have finished the crackling process. NB: For a satisfactory result on absorbent surfaces such as papier-mâché, brown cardboard articles etc. you must use a primer on top of the Plus Color paint with a generous layer of A-color Allround medium glue lacquer before applying the Crackle Lacquer.
