Decorated Papier-Mâché Mini Baskets

1.   Paint the edges and the handle using Plus Color – and you can paint the inside of the basket.

2.   Measure the basket on the outside and the inside.

3.   Cut paper to fit the circumference and height of the basket.

4.   Apply VTR adhesive to the basket and the paper.

5.   Attach the paper and let it dry.

6.   You may decorate with small dots or a bow made from matching paper.
