This fun pretend bulletproof waistcoat is made from foam rubber sleeping mat material, which is cut out, trimmed, painted black and fitted with velcro on each side for adjustable straps.

Use a T-shirt for measurement and draw the waistcoat (also mirrored) onto the foam rubber sleeping mat material.
